Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

ECOPAR Journal: Economy, Management and Tourism welcomes original research articles, review articles, and case studies in the fields of economics, management, business, and tourism. Authors are required to follow the guidelines below before submitting a manuscript.

Manuscript Format

  1. The manuscript must be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia using clear academic language.

  2. Manuscript length: 7–20 pages (including references).

  3. File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx).

  4. Page size: A4, margin 2.5 cm (top, bottom, left, right).

  5. Font: Times New Roman 12 pt, line spacing 1.5.

Structure of the Manuscript

Authors should organize the manuscript in the following order:

  1. Title

  2. Author(s) name and affiliation (include email of corresponding author)

  3. Abstract (150–250 words)

  4. Keywords (3–5 keywords)

  5. Introduction

  6. Literature Review 

  7. Methods

  8. Results and Discussion

  9. Conclusion

  10. Acknowledgements (optional)

  11. References

Citation and References

  • Authors are encouraged to use a reference manager such as Mendeley/Zotero/EndNote.

  • Citation and references should follow APA Style (latest edition recommended).

Ethical Statement

  • The submitted manuscript must be original and not under review in another journal.

  • All manuscripts will be checked for similarity/plagiarism. The recommended maximum similarity is 20%.

Supplementary Files (Optional)

Authors may upload supplementary materials such as datasets, questionnaires, or additional tables/figures.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.

Fast-Track Review: 250000.00 (IDR)
With the payment of this fee, the review, editorial decision, and author notification on this manuscript is guaranteed to take place within 4 weeks.

Article Publication: 150000.00 (IDR)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
